01Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use the jomcucivip platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Be at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
• Register using your own real name and personal details — not someone else's identity or a false one.
• Residing in a geographical area where use of this platform is permitted under local law.
• Never been directed by JomCuciVIP to stop using the platform due to a previous terms violation.

The registration process requires you to provide your full name, phone number, date of birth, and a valid payment method. Information provided during registration must be accurate and up to date. JomCuciVIP reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time to confirm your identity.

02Account Management

Each user is only permitted to hold one registered account at jomcucivip. This is a strictly enforced rule. Holding multiple accounts – whether in your own name, a family member sharing the same address, or using another person's details – is prohibited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login credentials. JomCuciVIP will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your account.

• Use a strong and unique password – a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols is recommended.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account security settings.
• Never share your login credentials with anyone – including family members or friends.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.

03Deposit & Payment Methods

JomCuciVIP supports a range of deposit methods optimized for the Malaysia market, including FPX, DuitNow, instant bank transfer, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and GrabPay. All deposits are processed almost instantly once confirmation is received from the payment provider.

The account used for deposits must be under the same name as your JomCuciVIP account. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned (subject to processing fees). JomCuciVIP reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership at any time.

• Minimum deposit limit: RM 10 per transaction.
• The maximum daily deposit limit depends on your account level and payment method.
• JomCuciVIP does not charge deposit fees, though payment provider fees may apply in certain cases.
• Deposited funds cannot be transferred to other users.

04Fund Withdrawal

Withdrawals at JomCuciVIP can be requested at any time, subject to the following conditions. Withdrawal requests are processed within 5–15 minutes during normal operating hours. Withdrawals outside office hours or on public holidays may take longer.

• Minimum withdrawal limit: RM 50 per request.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a bank account in the same name.
• Identity verification (KYC) is required before your first withdrawal request is processed. Required documents include a copy of your ID and proof of address.
• Bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.
• JomCuciVIP reserves the right to suspend withdrawals for further investigation if suspicious activity is detected.

05Bonuses, Promotions & Special Offers

JomCuciVIP offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, weekly cashback, free spins, and exclusive VIP offers. Each promotion has specific terms that must be read before claiming.

The wagering requirement is the total amount you need to wager using bonus funds before they can be withdrawn as cash. For example, a RM 100 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must place a total of RM 2,000 in bets before the bonus can be withdrawn.

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per registered user.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts.
• JomCuciVIP reserves the right to void bonuses if a user is found to be abusing the promotions system.
• The expiry date of each bonus will be stated in the respective offer. Bonuses not used within the specified period will expire automatically.
• Some games may not count toward bonus wagering requirements — this will be stated in the relevant promotion's terms.

06Game Rules & Fairness

All games offered on the JomCuciVIP platform use a random number generator (RNG) that has been audited and certified by independent international testing bodies. This ensures every game outcome is completely random and fair.

11Liability Limit

JomCuciVIP provides the entertainment platform on an as-is basis. While we strive to ensure continuous and uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee platform performance at all times due to technical or external factors beyond our control.

JomCuciVIP is not liable for:
